About Us

The O’Neil Group has been delivering trade services to happy domestic & commercial customers all over Ayrshire since 1995. 

A second-generation family business, we provide Electrical, Gas & Plumbing services and carry out approx. 15,000 maintenance, repair & installation jobs per year. 

The O’Neil brand is known for providing quality trades people across a range of services for a fair competitive price. We have a good reputation across Ayrshire & consistently achieve 4.5 out 5 stars from Google Reviews from their independent trusted review. 

We employ 25 staff, mainly from the Ayrshire area, where our head office is based. Our supply chain is also based in Ayrshire & its in our culture to always, where possible, use local suppliers for any material or services we require.

The local community is very important to us, we have a charity partnership in place with Ayrshire Hospice & donate a percentage of our O’Neil Care maintenance packages sales to the Hospice.

Our staff are also regularly involved in events to raise money for other local charities & community teams.

Additionally, we provide support for the local community.  We have trained many apprentices over the years & have provided training and work places to school leavers.

Protecting the environment is a core value of our company.  We are committed to being carbon zero by 2023. The business is also investing heavily in green renewable technology & have already started to train our staff to be able to move into this sector gradually.

We strongly believe we need to do our bit & help our customers & society be more energy efficient & be able to move into green renewable products in the future. 

Our tradespeople are mobile and available 24/7 to provide support for domestic households & large commercial businesses.
